Meet-and-greet at baggage claim available as $50 add-on at booking.
Shuttle Bus caps at 24. Motor Coach starts at 55 (often overkill). The Executive Coach owns the 25-34 range — exactly what most corporate retreats, larger weddings, and tour groups need.
$28/passenger at full capacity (34) vs. $31/pax for Shuttle Bus (24). When your group exceeds 24, the Executive Coach delivers more capacity for less cost-per-seat.
Mid-size profile fits Seattle hotel zones, neighborhood wedding venues, and downtown drop-offs without staging logistics. Motor Coach often requires off-site staging.
Quicker boarding, faster route times, easier parking — when running multiple loops between a hotel and venue, the Executive Coach completes more cycles than a full Motor Coach.
Hourly-based pricing for events. Flat rates for airport and pier transfers. Tolls, taxes, and fees included.

Testimonials from our satisfied customers speak volumes about their experiences with us.
They've shared stories of how our services have positively impacted their lives or businesses.
Great customer service, communication and made accommodations for last-minute arrangements. Best price I found compared to other shuttle services and Uber.
JD and his crew of drivers were wonderful. We ended up using them for more than just the shuttle to the port. They were extremely accommodating and I know they will be for you too. Highly recommend.
Our driver was fantastic. Great personality, told us about the area as we headed to the cruise port. Texted me early on the day we got off the cruise and was right there. Made our trip a lot easier.
Choose the Executive Coach if your group is 35 or fewer passengers and your trip is under 3 hours — it's more maneuverable in urban Seattle venues, starts at $950, and runs at $295/hr with a 5-hour minimum. It's the right fit for corporate retreats, wedding shuttles, and conference loops around the city where a full-size highway coach would be harder to position. Choose the Motor Coach if your group exceeds 34 passengers, your route exceeds 3 hours, or your guests need an onboard restroom — the Motor Coach seats 55, starts at $1,600, and runs at $450/hr with a 5-hour minimum. The single biggest decision factor: if you need a restroom onboard, book the Motor Coach. If not, the Executive Coach is more cost-effective and easier to route.
The Executive Coach seats up to 34 passengers — making it the ideal step-up from a 24-passenger Shuttle Bus when your group has grown but doesn't yet need a full 55-seat Motor Coach. All seats are forward-facing with safety belts. Overhead storage is available for carry-on bags, and undercarriage luggage compartments handle checked-size baggage for airport transfers and overnight trips. For groups between 25 and 34, the Executive Coach delivers the most cost-effective per-seat rate in our mid-size fleet. For groups of 35 or more, we recommend stepping up to the Motor Coach or coordinating multiple vehicles.
No — the Executive Coach does not have an onboard restroom. It's designed for urban routes, event loops, and trips under 3 hours where scheduled stops are practical. For corporate retreats to the Olympic Peninsula, long-distance runs to Portland, or any trip where guests cannot make a scheduled restroom stop, we strongly recommend upgrading to the Motor Coach, which includes a full onboard lavatory. If your itinerary includes rest stops every 60–90 minutes, the Executive Coach works well. If continuous travel exceeds 2.5–3 hours without a stop, choose the Motor Coach for passenger comfort.
Executive Coach rental from Seattle Shuttle Fleet starts at a $950 flat-rate minimum for point-to-point transfers. For event shuttles, conference loops, and multi-stop itineraries, the hourly rate is $295 per hour with a 5-hour minimum — a total starting investment of $1,475 for a full event day. All pricing is all-inclusive: CDL driver, fuel, tolls, and taxes are never added separately. For a full 34-passenger coach, that works out to roughly $43 per person on a flat-rate transfer — significantly less expensive per seat than booking multiple Sprinter Vans or Shuttle Buses. Yes — the Executive Coach is one of our most popular vehicles for Seattle-area corporate retreats, all-hands offsites, and team-building excursions. Common routes include tech campus shuttles to retreat venues in Snoqualmie, Leavenworth, and the San Juan Islands (with ferry connection), as well as conference loops between Seattle hotels, convention centers, and dining venues. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing and centralized booking are available. Our CDL-licensed drivers are experienced with executive group travel expectations — punctual, discreet, and professionally presented. Contact our corporate team at SeattleShuttle.com to plan your retreat transport itinerary.
Yes. Seattle Shuttle Fleet offers negotiated volume rates and recurring booking programs for licensed tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), and travel agencies that require regular Executive Coach service in the Greater Seattle area. Our operator program includes priority vehicle scheduling, a dedicated account manager, consolidated monthly invoicing, and co-branded documentation for your clients if needed. Whether you're running weekly wine country tours, seasonal Alaska cruise passenger transfers, or annual conference shuttles, we build a rate structure around your volume. Contact our partnerships team at SeattleShuttle.com to discuss your program requirements.
Yes. We coordinate multi-coach wedding transport fleets across Seattle, Bellevue, Woodinville wine country, and destination venues throughout Washington State. A typical large wedding deployment pairs two Executive Coaches running staggered loops between hotels, the ceremony venue, and reception location — keeping guests moving without long waits. For guest counts over 68, we can combine Executive Coaches with Motor Coaches, Sprinter Vans, or Shuttle Buses in a single coordinated fleet managed by one point of contact. Multi-vehicle wedding bookings qualify for volume pricing. Contact our events team at SeattleShuttle.com at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date for best availability.
Book the Executive Coach at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard group transfers and corporate events, and 4–8 weeks ahead for weddings, multi-coach deployments, and high-season events. The Executive Coach requires CDL driver scheduling and, for institutional or tour operator bookings, advance documentation coordination. Seattle's peak demand window runs May through September — covering cruise season, summer weddings, and major tech conference season — when coach availability fills fastest. For recurring tour operator programs, we recommend establishing your contract at least 60 days before your first run date. Book at SeattleShuttle.com or call 206-SHUTTLE to confirm availability.
