Professional Driver — Sedan & SUV
Drive executive sedans and premium SUVs for airport transfers, cruise drop-offs, and corporate clients. WA driver's license, clean record, and 3+ years driving experience required.
CDL Driver — Van, Minibus & Coach
Operate 14-passenger Sprinter vans, 24-passenger minibuses, or 50-passenger coaches. WA Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required. Group charter and wedding event experience preferred.
Dispatcher / Reservations Coordinator
Coordinate driver assignments, manage reservations, handle customer calls. Strong communication skills and prior dispatch or logistics experience required. Day and overnight shifts available.
Fleet Mechanic / Vehicle Maintenance
Maintain a 40+ vehicle fleet of sedans, SUVs, vans, and coaches. ASE certification preferred. Bus/coach experience a plus. Modern shop with full diagnostic equipment.

Sedan & SUV Drivers
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Minimum 23 years of age
- 3+ years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 5 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone with data plan for dispatch app
CDL Drivers (Van/Bus)
- WA Class B CDL with passenger (P) endorsement
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Current DOT medical card
- 2+ years CDL experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Charter/event driving experience strongly preferred

In-Person Interview
Meet the team in Kent, take a road test, review the dispatch system.
Week 1–2
Background & Training
DMV check, drug screen, and 2-week paid onboarding before your first shift.
Week 2–3

Started as a part-time sedan driver in 2019. Six years later I'm running coach charters and making more than I did in trucking. The dispatch team actually plans your routes — you're not chasing pings all day.
I drive weekends only — perfect for my college schedule. SeaTac airport runs are predictable, tips are good, and the cars are nicer than most rideshare drivers will ever see. Best gig I've had.
