Why Drivers Stay With Us

A REAL CAREER, NOT A SIDE GIG

Seattle Shuttle isn't rideshare. We're a 15-year-old transportation company with steady
contracts, predictable routes, and drivers who've been with us for a decade or more.

Competitive Pay

$22–32/hr base plus tips, with W-2 employment — not 1099 contractor pay.

Predictable Schedule

Set shifts assigned weekly — full-time, part-time, or weekend-only options available.

Pro-Maintained Fleet

Drive late-model sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters — not your own car.

Health Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision available for full-time drivers after 90 days.

Paid Training

2-week paid onboarding covering routes, dispatch system, and customer service.

Growth Path

Drivers can advance to lead dispatcher, fleet supervisor, or operations roles.

In Their Own Words

HEAR FROM OUR TEAM

★★★★★

Started as a part-time sedan driver in 2019. Six years later I'm running coach charters and making more than I did in trucking. The dispatch team actually plans your routes — you're not chasing pings all day.

I drive weekends only — perfect for my college schedule. SeaTac airport runs are predictable, tips are good, and the cars are nicer than most rideshare drivers will ever see. Best gig I've had.

★★★★★

Came from a competing transportation company that paid 1099 and had us using our own cars. Switching to W-2 and a real fleet was night and day. Plus the health benefits actually exist.
