For outbound flights, we monitor departure schedules and adjust pickup times if your flight is significantly delayed, on customer request.

For best availability and rates, book 48–72 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are accepted subject to fleet availability. During peak travel periods — summer cruise season (May–October), Thanksgiving week, the December holiday travel window, and major Seattle events — book 1–2 weeks ahead to guarantee preferred pickup times. Last-minute requests inside 4 hours of pickup are filled on capacity availability.

If your flight is canceled, contact dispatch as soon as possible. Reservations can typically be rescheduled at no charge when notification comes before the dispatch window (usually 4 hours before pickup). Last-minute cancellations or same-day cancellations may incur a fee per the cancellation policy. We work with customers in good faith on weather-related and airline-caused cancellations.
