Seattle is one of 16 host cities for FIFA World Cup 2026, with six matches at Lumen Field from June 15 through July 6. The tournament brings the United States, Australia, Belgium, Egypt, Iran, Qatar, and the UEFA Playoff A winner to Seattle alongside hundreds of thousands of international visitors.

We're running transportation for all six match days. SeaTac airport pickups, downtown hotel transfers, multi-day visitor itineraries, group bookings for traveling fans, and standard match-day shuttles. A note on what we don't do

We are professional transportation, not a fan experience or hospitality service. We don't sell tickets, hold standing-room spots, get you into Touchdown City, or coordinate re-entry at venues. Our drivers know the venue drop-off zones and post-game pickup procedures. Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is not permitted per Washington State law (RCW 46.61.519); sealed containers traveling to or from a tailgate are fine.

We drop your group at the tailgate parking lot, the driver stages locally during your tailgate (3-4 hours), then we run the group through the gates and back out post-game. Total typical booking: 8 hours for a Seahawks Sunday tailgate plus game = $1,320 plus gratuity. Cooler and tailgate gear cargo is included; alcohol consumption in the vehicle is not permitted (RCW 46.61.519).

How does post-game pickup work at Lumen Field?

Lumen Field post-game traffic is significant — 65,000+ Seahawks fans leaving simultaneously, plus the additional bottleneck of multiple light rail loadings. Our drivers stage at pre-arranged pickup zones a few blocks from the official rideshare lot, bypassing the main exit chaos. We coordinate with you by text on a pickup location after the final whistle. Drivers don't compete with rideshare surges — your pickup is already booked. Expect 20-30 minutes from final whistle to vehicle, depending on game length and traffic dispersal.

Can you handle UW Husky Stadium games?

Yes. Husky Stadium games (UW football, 70,000 capacity) are some of our busiest non-cruise days. We know the campus parking pattern, the alternate routes around stadium traffic, and the post-game departure timing. UW football tailgates are also a major booking source — Sprinter for 8 hours covering pre-game tailgate through post-game traffic dispersal. We also handle UW basketball at Hec Edmundson Pavilion and other campus sporting events.

What about Mariners games at T-Mobile Park?

Mariners home games run April through October, with 81 home games per season. Most Mariners bookings are date-night Premium SUVs for 4-5 hours = $440-550, or family Sprinter bookings for 5-6 hours = $825-990. T-Mobile Park is adjacent to Lumen Field in SoDo, so post-game traffic patterns are similar to Seahawks games but smaller scale. Family-friendly afternoon games are very common; we'll often pickup at a downtown hotel for visiting families.

Do you do corporate suite hospitality bookings?

Yes. Corporate suite bookings are a regular service for us. Typical configuration: 24-passenger mini coach for the team or guests, plus an SUV for executives or VIP clients. Coordinated under one master reservation with one invoice. We handle the suite-arrival timing (often 30-45 minutes before kickoff for hospitality access) and post-game executive priority pickup. How far in advance should I book?

For most game-day bookings, 1 to 3 weeks ahead is sufficient. Major Seahawks Sunday games (especially against rival teams or playoffs), UW Husky football Saturdays, Kraken playoff games, and FIFA World Cup matches all book Sprinters and coaches first — these need 4 to 6 weeks lead time. Tailgating Sprinters for full season-ticket holders are often booked once at the start of the season for all home games.
