Private prom and graduation transportation across Seattle and Puget Sound. Friend-group prom rides with professional drivers. Multi-generational graduation family shuttles. UW, Seattle U, SPU, regional high schools, and community colleges. Same hourly pricing, same fleet, two completely different occasions handled with the same care.
Prom and graduation cluster in the same six weeks of the calendar — late April through mid-June — but they’re operationally different. Prom is a friend-group ride coordinated by parents who want a professional driver they can trust. Graduation is a family ride with grandparents flown in, a ceremony schedule that doesn’t move, and a post-ceremony dinner reservation that won’t wait.
We handle both. Same fleet, same hourly pricing, same drivers held to the same professional standard. What changes is the choreography — multi-stop pickups across friends’ houses for prom; airport pickups and hotel coordination for grandparents at graduation.
Prom night and graduation day look completely different in the dispatch system. Below is what each typically looks
like — sample timing, adapted to your specific school, ceremony venue, and group size. Bookings 5 to 6 hours each on average.
A representative list of regional schools and graduation venues we transport for regularly. Not exhaustive
— we serve almost every Puget Sound high school, college, and university for graduation ceremonies.

Same hourly pricing as our wedding work. Most prom and graduation bookings run 5 to 6 hours. Flat hourly rate after the minimum, no per-mile fees, no surge pricing on May/June peak Saturdays. Driver gratuity (15-20% customary) is added separately.
10 to 14 friends pooling for one Sprinter. Booking parent coordinates pickups, photo location, dinner, prom, and returns. Most-booked prom configuration in our system.
Our drivers are licensed transportation professionals, regularly drug-and-alcohol tested, and held to the same standards as our airport, cruise, and corporate work. They're not entertainers. They're not part of your kid's prom celebration. They drive — safely, professionally, on time.
For prom bookings, the booking parent receives real-time confirmation messages as the vehicle progresses through pickups, drop-offs, and final returns. Drivers don't accept ad-hoc routing changes from students mid-ride. After-prom routing must be pre-arranged.
UW Husky Stadium graduation Saturdays are some of our busiest non-cruise days. We know the staging zones, the parking pattern, and the ceremony timeline. Same for Seattle U, SPU, and most regional high schools. Our drivers have run these routes before — yours has the experience your day deserves.
May and June Saturdays are when ride-share apps surge 2-3x. Our flat-rate hourly pricing doesn't move — book in March for a June graduation, the price is the price. This matters most when you're already coordinating a multi-generational family logistics nightmare.
Prom transportation is hourly with vehicle-specific minimums. The most-booked prom configuration is a 14-passenger Sprinter for 5-6 hours: $660 minimum (4hr) plus 1-2 additional hours at $165 each, totaling $825 to $990 plus driver gratuity. Standard sedan for couples or threesomes is $85/hr (3-hr min, $255). Premium SUV for groups of 4-6 is $110/hr (4-hr min, $440). 24-passenger mini coach for the largest friend groups is $265/hr (4-hr min, $1,060).
Graduation transportation is hourly at the same rates as prom. The most-booked graduation configuration is either a Premium SUV for the immediate family ($110/hr, 4hr min, $440) or a 14-passenger Sprinter for multi-generational families with grandparents flown in ($165/hr, 4hr min, $660). UW graduations at Husky Stadium and similar large-ceremony venues sometimes need a mini coach for extended families and friends ($265/hr, 4hr min, $1,060). Most graduation bookings run 5-6 hours covering ceremony, photos, and family dinner.
No. Seattle Shuttle is a professional transportation company, not a party-bus operator. Our drivers are licensed transportation professionals — not entertainers. We do not provide alcohol, decoration, light shows, or party-bus styling. We provide clean, climate-controlled vehicles with a professional driver who handles routing, parking, and timing. Many parents specifically choose us because we are not a party bus.
No. Seattle Shuttle operates a strict dry-transport policy across all bookings. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any of our vehicles, regardless of passenger age. Open containers of alcohol in motor vehicles are prohibited under Washington State law (RCW 46.61.519). For prom bookings, this policy is non-negotiable. Our drivers are trained to address policy violations during the ride. Parents booking prom transportation can rely on this as part of why they choose us.
Book prom transportation 6-10 weeks before prom date. Most Seattle-area high schools schedule prom on Friday or Saturday nights in late April through early June, and Sprinters book first. Graduation ceremonies (UW, Seattle U, SPU, regional high schools) cluster in mid-May through mid-June and have similar booking pressure. Family graduation bookings should be made 8-12 weeks out, especially for UW Husky Stadium graduation Saturdays which are some of our busiest non-cruise days of the year.
Yes. Multi-stop pickups are common for prom groups where 6-12 friends live across different neighborhoods. Your booking confirmation includes an itemized pickup schedule. We typically allow 5-10 minutes per stop, so a 6-student group adds 30-60 minutes to your booking. Plan accordingly with your hourly minimum. Parents organizing the booking should provide all addresses, parent contact numbers, and pickup-time windows in advance.
Yes. We provide graduation transportation for University of Washington (Husky Stadium ceremony, plus individual department ceremonies at venues across campus), Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, University of Puget Sound, Bellevue College, North Seattle College, Shoreline Community College, Edmonds College, and most regional high schools. We know the parking patterns at each — Husky Stadium graduation day is some of the most coordinated transportation work we do all year.
Yes. Graduation is one of the most multi-generational events we transport. Grandparents flying in from out of town, parents driving from a hotel, the graduate themselves, plus siblings and partners — typical graduation family bookings span 8-14 people across two or three generations. Our 14-passenger Sprinter is the most-booked graduation vehicle for this reason. Multi-vehicle graduation bookings (Sprinter for the family + sedan for the graduate's separate timing) are also common.
Most Seattle prom bookings run 5-6 hours from early-evening pickup through late-night returns. Typical timeline: 5:00 PM photo session pickup, 6:30 PM dinner reservation, 8:00-11:00 PM prom venue, 11:00 PM-12:30 AM returns to homes (with optional after-prom routing if pre-coordinated). Late-night surcharge ($15/hr) applies to hours after 11:00 PM. After-prom pickup must be pre-arranged at booking — drivers don't accept ad-hoc routing changes from students mid-ride.
Standard event cancellation policy applies. Full refund of deposit if canceled 30+ days before booking date. 50% refund of deposit between 14 and 29 days. No refund within 14 days. Date changes are accommodated case-by-case when feasible. We understand prom and graduation dates can shift due to school schedule changes, weather, or family circumstances — call dispatch directly if you need to discuss a change.
Most reservations confirmed within 24 hours. May/June peak Saturdays book out 6-12 weeks in advance — call event dispatch directly for date availability or a custom multi-vehicle quote.
