Seattle Shuttle uses three pricing models depending on your service type. Airport transfers and cruise transfers are flat-rate by destination zone — you pay the same regardless of traffic or time of day. Hourly charters are billed at a fixed hourly rate with minimum booking duration (2-5 hours depending on vehicle class). Event and group transportation is custom-quoted based on duration, vehicle class, group size, and route. All quotes are guaranteed at booking — no surge pricing or hidden fees.
Yes. Every SeaTac airport transfer is priced at a flat rate based on your destination zone — Seattle Metro, Eastside, North Sound, or South Sound. Sedan starting rates range from $85 (Downtown Seattle) to $150 (Olympia or Everett). Tolls, taxes, and airport fees are included in your quoted price. The price you see at booking is the price you pay, regardless of traffic or time of day.
Yes — both are included on every airport pickup at no extra charge. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically for delays or early arrivals. Drivers wait up to 15 minutes after you land at no charge; if your flight is significantly delayed, your booking is adjusted free of charge. For meet-and-greet at baggage claim (rather than curbside pickup), a $50 add-on is available at booking.
Cruise terminal transfers are also flat-rate but priced separately from airport transfers. Sedan rates range from $50 (terminal-to-terminal) to $95 (Bellevue to either pier). SeaTac to Pier 66 is $85 and SeaTac to Pier 91 is $95. Larger vehicles (SUV $125, Van $175) are flat-rate regardless of pier. Luggage assistance is always included — important for cruise passengers traveling with multiple bags. Round-trip cruise bookings receive a 10% discount on the total fare.
Hourly charter minimums vary by vehicle class: Sedan 2 hours ($85/hr), Executive Sedan or SUV 3 hours ($125/hr), Van 4 hours ($175/hr), Mini Bus 4 hours ($275/hr), Coach 5 hours ($295-450/hr). Hourly rates include the professional driver, vehicle, and fuel. Parking, tolls, and gratuity are billed separately at actual cost. Service can be extended during your trip if your driver's schedule allows — the additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.
Event and group transportation is custom-quoted based on duration, vehicle class, group size, and route logistics. Sample ranges: weddings (4-6 hours, sedan) start at $500; corporate shuttles (5-hour half-day, van) range from $700-950; wine tours (6 hours, SUV) start at $750; prom group packages (6-hour minimum, minibus) start at $1,650. All event quotes include professional drivers, insured vehicles, and dedicated event coordination support. Submit a quote request and an event coordinator will respond within 2 hours.
Every Seattle Shuttle booking includes the professional driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls, taxes, and airport fees in the quoted rate. Vehicle amenities — bottled water, Wi-Fi, USB charging, privacy-tinted windows, Bluetooth audio — are standard in every vehicle regardless of service type. Not included in the base rate: gratuity (15-20% suggested, optional, added at checkout), parking fees on hourly charters (charged at actual cost), and meet-and-greet airport service (paid add-on).
Yes. For airport transfers, vehicle upgrades are added to the base sedan rate: SUV +$50, Van +$125, Sprinter +$165. Minibus and coach require custom quotes. For cruise transfers, larger vehicles are flat-rate regardless of route: SUV $125, Van $175. Vehicle class is selected at booking, and pricing is locked in at confirmation.
Airport and cruise transfers receive instant booking confirmation through our online system. For hourly charters, group transportation, and event quotes, an event coordinator will respond with a confirmed quote within 2 hours during business hours (8am-8pm Pacific). Outside those hours, expect a response by 9am the next business day. For urgent same-day bookings, call 206-SHUTTLE directly.
For airport transfers, cruise transfers, and standard bookings, the full quoted amount is charged at the time of booking. For hourly charters and event quotes, a 25% deposit secures your reservation at booking, with the remaining balance due one week before service. Major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate billing are accepted. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund; within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Flight cancellations and delays beyond your control are waived from cancellation fees.
