What This Is

RELIABILITY AND DISCRETION. NOT LUXURY PERFORMANCE.

Executive transportation is fundamentally an operational service, not a luxury product. The board member arriving at SeaTac on the late flight from JFK does not need a champagne service in the back of the vehicle. They need a driver who is at the gate when the plane lands, knows the fastest route to their hotel given the actual traffic conditions tonight, and does not need to be told twice that the morning pickup is 6:45 AM sharp.

What our executive clients value, in order: punctuality, discretion, vehicle consistency, driver familiarity, and the absence of administrative friction. They do not want to coordinate with a different rideshare driver every trip, explain their preferred route, or wonder whether the booking will surge from $80 to $240 because it is raining. They want the same vehicle, the same driver when possible, and an invoice their accounts payable team can process without questions.

Dedicated drivers available
For monthly retainer and dedicated vehicle programs, the same driver is assigned consistently. The driver learns preferences, routes, and schedule patterns over time.
NDA-aware confidentiality
All executive-tier drivers complete confidentiality training. For high-sensitivity bookings, drivers can sign individual NDAs with your company.
EA-friendly dispatch
Executive assistants have a direct dispatch line for last-minute changes. We do not require booking through a customer service queue.
Net 30 invoicing standard
Corporate accounts invoiced monthly with Net 30 terms. ACH, wire, and credit card accepted. Payment portal access provided.

What we don't offer

We are not a white-glove luxury limousine concierge. We do not provide cars with champagne service, in-vehicle entertainment systems, or vehicle wraps with your company logo. We do not offer Maybach or Rolls-Royce options. If your executive transportation requirements include red-carpet performance theater, you will want a different operator. Our vehicles are clean, well-maintained Cadillac Escalades and Lincoln Navigators driven by professional, discreet operators. The value is in the operational consistency, not the badge.

How It Works

THREE OPERATIONAL PATTERNS.
SAME STANDARD OF SERVICE.

Most executive bookings fall into one of three patterns. Sample timing and pricing below — adapted to your specific itinerary, number of executives, and meeting locations.

Standard Executive Trip
Typical VehiclePremium SUV
Typical Hours4–6 hours
7:30 AM
SeaTac pickup with name-card meet
Driver arrives at baggage claim with a discreet name card or meets at appropriate FBO (Atlantic, Signature, Modern). Driver assists with luggage; passenger does not handle bags unless preferred.
8:00 AM
Transfer to hotel or office
Direct transfer to Seattle, Bellevue, or Redmond. Driver coordinates with EA by text. Vehicle pre-stocked with bottled water; additional preferences handled on standing requests.
9:00 AM
Driver staged during meetings
Vehicle stages nearby during meetings, available within 5 minutes of text. For all-day blocks, driver releases vehicle and returns at agreed pickup time rather than running the meter.
12:00 PM
Inter-meeting transfers
Transfers between locations across Eastside/Downtown. Driver monitors real-time traffic and proposes alternatives proactively. Lunch reservations coordinated via EA.
4:00 PM
Return transfer or departure
Direct return to SeaTac or hotel. For evening flights, driver builds in TSA buffer (90 min domestic; 2 hrs international) based on actual airport conditions.
Typical pattern: Premium SUV for 5 hours = $550 plus gratuity. Common for board meetings, client visits, or single-day diligence visits.

Executive Account FAQ

QUESTIONS FROM PROCUREMENT AND EAS.

The most common questions we receive from corporate procurement teams, executive assistants, and finance teams.
If you do not see your question, email corporate sales at corporate@seattleshuttle.com.
How does corporate account pricing work?

Pricing follows three tiers: Standard Hourly ($110/hr for Premium SUV, 4-hr minimum), Premium Monthly Retainers (blocks of 40-100 hours at 10-15% discount), and Dedicated Vehicle Programs ($9,000–$18,000/month for assigned driver/vehicle). Annual master service agreements with volume commitments may receive additional concessions.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9?

Yes. We carry $5,000,000 in commercial automobile liability with umbrella protection. A COI naming your company as additional insured can be issued within 24 hours. We are registered for vendor onboarding on Coupa, SAP Ariba, and most major procurement platforms.

What are your invoicing and payment terms?

Corporate accounts are standard Net 30, with Net 15 and Net 45 available on request. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and all major credit cards. Annual contracts with monthly billing receive an additional 5% discount. A dedicated payment portal is provided for all account holders.

Are your drivers NDA-aware and trained for confidentiality?

Absolutely. All executive-assigned drivers complete confidentiality training and background checks. For high-sensitivity bookings like M&A diligence or IPO roadshows, we can provide drivers who have signed individual NDAs with your firm. No audio or video is recorded inside our vehicles.

Can you support IPO roadshow and multi-city executive travel?

Yes. We handle full Seattle-area roadshow logistics including private aviation meets and tight inter-meeting transfers. For multi-city itineraries, we coordinate with vetted partner operators in other major hubs under our master agreement, providing you with a single point of contact and one consolidated invoice.

Do you offer dedicated vehicles for individual executives?

Yes. Dedicated programs assign a specific SUV and driver for 8–12 hours per day. The driver learns the executive’s specific routine, route preferences, and family logistics. This is the most efficient option for high-frequency travel, ranging from $9,000 to $18,000 per month.

What vehicles do you provide for executive bookings?

Our executive fleet consists of Premium SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator L, GMC Yukon Denali XL) and Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinters. All vehicles are 0-3 years old, detailed before each booking, and stocked with bottled water and amenities. We do not use entry-level sedans for executive service.

How do you handle short-notice and last-minute executive bookings?

Corporate accounts receive priority dispatch. Retainer accounts have a 2-hour notice standard for guaranteed same-day bookings during business hours. Dedicated vehicle accounts effectively have zero notice requirements within their coverage hours. Urgent needs are handled via our direct 206-SHUTTLE line.

Can you support visiting executives and family logistics?

Yes. We provide full-service support for visiting leaders, including airport name-card meets, hotel-to-office transfers, and evening restaurant/cultural transportation. We also coordinate separate logistics for family members (spouses/children) traveling with the executive.

Account setup in 2–3 business days.

Most corporate executive accounts are fully operational within 3 business days of initial contact. COI, W-9, and vendor onboarding documentation provided as part of setup. Quarterly business reviews included for retainer and dedicated vehicle programs.
