Private wedding shuttle service across Seattle, Woodinville wine country, the Eastside, and destination venues from Suncadia to Salish Lodge. Bridal party transportation, hotel-block guest shuttles, ceremony-to-reception transfers, end-of-night returns — coordinated under one master reservation. We’ve moved over 1,000 Seattle weddings since 2009.
A wedding day has more moving pieces than any other event we transport. Bridal party getting ready at one location. Family arriving at the ceremony from a different one. Guest shuttle running on a published schedule from the hotel block. The couple’s ceremony-to-reception transition. End-of-night returns that need to handle 80 guests across 3 hours without anyone waiting in the cold.
That’s not “ordering a car.” It’s choreography. Multiple vehicles, one master reservation, dispatch coordination with your venue and your wedding planner. We’ve been doing exactly this since 2009, and the difference between a wedding shuttle that disappears into the day and one that becomes a problem comes down to operational experience.
Most weddings need 2 or 3 of these workflows running together. Sample timing below — we adapt to your specific
venue, ceremony time, and hotel block. Your wedding planner gets the full minute-by-minute
timeline as a coordinated dispatch sheet.
A representative list of regional wedding venues we transport for regularly. Not exhaustive — if your
venue isn't here, we likely still serve it. Most of our wedding work spans these four geographic
clusters, each with its own routing and timing patterns.
Wedding bookings are hourly with a minimum of 3 hours (sedan) or 4 hours (SUV/Sprinter/Coach). Flat hourly rate after the minimum, no per-mile fees, no surge pricing. Driver gratuity (15-20% customary) is added separately on the wedding day or pre-arranged with your wedding planner.
We work directly with Seattle's wedding planners — they trust us because we don't break their timelines. Direct dispatch line on the wedding day, real-time coordination on weather changes, and we update planners (not just couples) when timing shifts.
Most weddings need 2 or 3 vehicles running simultaneously. We've coordinated 4-vehicle weddings since 2009. One master reservation, one billing line, one accountable point of contact. No "sorry, that was a different driver" excuses.
JM Cellars's gravel approach. Sodo Park's rear loading dock. Suncadia's resort-shuttle staging zone. Salish Lodge's narrow turnaround. Our drivers know these venues. Drivers who don't will add 30 minutes to your wedding day and not realize they did it.
July through October Saturday weddings are when ride-share and small-operator pricing surges. Our flat-rate hourly pricing doesn't move. Book in March for an October wedding, the price is the price. Lock it with a 25% deposit and stop worrying.
Wedding shuttle pricing is hourly with vehicle-specific minimums. Standard sedan is $85/hr (3-hr min), premium SUV is $110/hr (4-hr min), 14-passenger Sprinter is $165/hr (4-hr min), and 24-passenger mini coach is $265/hr (4-hr min). Total costs for full-day Seattle weddings typically run $3,500 to $7,500, while destination regional weddings run $5,000 to $15,000+.
We recommend booking 6 to 12 months out for peak season (May through October), as 14-passenger Sprinters and 24-passenger mini coaches fill up first for Saturday dates. Smaller single-vehicle bookings can sometimes be confirmed 4 to 6 weeks out, while off-season weddings (November through March) usually have full availability.
Yes. We coordinate continuous-loop shuttle service using 24-passenger mini coaches running on a published schedule from your hotel block to the venue. End-of-night return loops typically run from 9:00 PM to midnight, and we ensure all guests are safely returned before wrapping up the booking.
No. We provide professional transportation and do not supply decorations or champagne service. Your planner or florist can add non-damaging decorations. Please note that consuming alcoholic beverages inside the vehicles is not allowed due to Washington State open-container laws.
Multi-vehicle bookings are bundled into a single itemized master reservation. We require a 25% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding date. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and direct wedding planner billing, with flexible split-billing options if needed.
Rain or winter weather does not affect our service. All fleet vehicles are fully climate-controlled and prepared for Pacific Northwest weather. Drivers work closely with your coordinator to adjust for covered drop-off zones and luggage protection without any additional weather fees.
Yes. We regularly service regional destination venues including Suncadia, Salish Lodge & Spa, Willows Lodge, Leavenworth, and the San Juan Islands. Travel time is included in the hourly block, and we also provide multi-day transit coordination for welcome parties and rehearsal dinners.
Absolutely. We frequently book custom winery tours, brewery crawls, and night-out routes for pre-wedding parties. If you have already scheduled your wedding transport with us, contact dispatch to easily integrate your bachelor or bachelorette itinerary into your account.
Yes. Our fleet features select Sprinter vans with wheelchair access and standard executive vehicles equipped to hold mobility aids. Please specify any accessibility or scooter requirements during your initial booking layout so we can lock in the right vehicle types and routing access.
Wedding reservations receive a full deposit refund if canceled 60+ days prior to the event, and a 50% deposit refund between 30 and 59 days. Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable. Postponements or emergency schedule shifts are handled case-by-case to maximize scheduling flexibility.
Most reservations are confirmed within 24 hours. Saturday peak-season Sprinters and mini coaches book out 6 to 12 months in advance — call wedding dispatch directly for date availability or a custom multi-vehicle quote.
