Standard event cancellation policy applies. Full refund of deposit if canceled 30+ days before booking date. 50% refund of deposit between 14 and 29 days. No refund within 14 days. Date changes are accommodated case-by-case when feasible. For Quinceañera and large multi-vehicle family bookings (60+ days advance booking), we follow the wedding cancellation policy: 60+ days = full refund, 30-59 days = 50% refund, under 30 days = no refund.

No. Seattle Shuttle operates a strict dry-transport policy across all bookings, including 21+ celebrations. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Open containers of alcohol in motor vehicles are prohibited under Washington State law (RCW 46.61.519). For 21+ birthday celebrations, this means no drinks in transit between bar/restaurant stops — but everything you do at each stop is yours. Our drivers are trained to address policy violations during the ride.
