Private transportation for Seattle concerts, Broadway theater, symphony, opera, and the full-day Gorge Amphitheatre run. Drop-off at the venue, ride out the post-show traffic chaos, get home without surge pricing or rideshare drama. Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, and coaches — all hourly, no surge on tour Saturdays.
Concert nights at Climate Pledge Arena attract 17,000 people leaving simultaneously. The official rideshare zone gets crushed. Surge pricing kicks in around the encore. The walk to a quieter pickup spot is 8 blocks in the rain. By the time your Uber arrives, you’re cold, you’re done, and the magic of the show has dissolved into logistics.
Private transportation is the simplest fix. One vehicle, one driver, one consistent price — booked weeks in advance and locked at flat-rate. We pick you up at home or hotel, drop you at the venue, stage nearby through the show, and meet you at a pre-arranged pickup zone that bypasses the crush. Same routine works for Paramount theater nights, Benaroya symphony evenings, McCaw Hall ballet, and the special case of The Gorge.
Most concert and event bookings fall into one of three patterns. Sample timing below — adapted to your specific venue, showtime, and party size. The third workflow (Gorge Amphitheatre) is genuinely a different operational job; we built it as its own tab because the planning is different.
A representative list of venues we serve regularly. Not exhaustive — we cover almost every Seattle-area performance venue plus The Gorge. Tell us your venue and we'll quote the routing. Each cluster below has slightly different drop-off and post-show pickup patterns.
Same hourly pricing as our wedding and graduation work. Most concert and theater bookings run 3 to 4 hours. Gorge bookings are 10 to 12 hours given the 2.5-hour drive each way. Flat hourly rate after the minimum, no surge on tour Saturdays.
Couple, dinner reservation downtown, concert at Climate Pledge or Showbox. SUV for 4 hours, no parking nightmare, no surge on the way home. The most-booked concert configuration.
When ride-share apps surge 2-4x for major tours, our flat-rate hourly pricing doesn't move. Book a Beyoncé night six weeks ahead at $440, the price is $440 the night of. This matters most exactly when you can least afford a surprise.
Climate Pledge and Lumen Field post-show traffic is brutal. Our drivers stage at pre-arranged pickup zones a block or two from the official rideshare lot. You walk a short distance, your driver pulls up, you're in. Zero queue time.
2.5 hours each way is a real drive. Driving the I-90 mountain pass home at 1 AM after 4 hours of Pearl Jam is genuinely dangerous. Our Sprinter handles it; you sleep. We've been running The Gorge since the venue's modern era.
No extra waiting fees. Your booking covers the full elapsed time — pickup through final drop-off. Driver stages nearby through the show, returns at the agreed pickup time. No "the meter's running" anxiety mid-encore.
Concert and event transportation is hourly with vehicle-specific minimums. The most-booked configuration for a Climate Pledge Arena or Paramount Theatre concert is a Premium SUV for 4 hours: $440 minimum (4hr at $110/hr). For groups of 7-14, a 14-passenger Sprinter for 4 hours is $660. Standard sedan for couples: $85/hr, 3-hour minimum ($255). All pricing is flat-rate for the entire vehicle, no surge on Saturday concert nights, no per-passenger charges.
All major venues. Climate Pledge Arena (formerly KeyArena), Paramount Theatre, Moore Theatre, Showbox SoDo, Showbox Pike Place, WAMU Theater, Lumen Field concert events, Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, Benaroya Hall (Seattle Symphony), 5th Avenue Theatre, Neptune Theatre, Triple Door, Sunset Tavern, plus The Gorge Amphitheatre (a 2.5-hour drive east of Seattle). We've been running concert transportation since 2009 and know the drop-off zones, traffic patterns, and post-show pickup procedures at each.
The Gorge in George, Washington is roughly 2.5 hours east of Seattle on I-90, near the Columbia River. A standard Gorge concert booking is a 14-passenger Sprinter for 8 to 10 hours: $1,320 to $1,650. Single-day round-trip from Seattle is the most common pattern — we drive out, drop you 2-3 hours before showtime, wait through the concert, and return that night. Multi-day camping bookings (Watershed Festival, etc.) can be coordinated separately. Flat-rate, no surge.
Both options work. For Climate Pledge, Showbox, and most downtown venues, our drivers typically stage nearby during the show — your booking covers the full elapsed time, so the driver waiting is included. For The Gorge and longer events, the wait is built into the booking. We don't charge extra waiting fees. Some customers prefer the driver to leave and return at a set time; that's coordinated at booking.
Yes. We provide transportation for Paramount Theatre touring shows, 5th Avenue Theatre Broadway productions, Seattle Symphony at Benaroya Hall, Pacific Northwest Ballet at McCaw Hall, Seattle Opera, comedy shows at the Moore and Neptune, and other live performance events. Same hourly pricing as concert transportation, same drop-off and return pattern. Theater and symphony bookings tend to be shorter (3-4 hours total) because performances run more predictably than concerts.
Climate Pledge Arena and Lumen Field post-concert traffic is significant, with 15,000-70,000 people leaving simultaneously. Our drivers know the alternate pickup zones that bypass the main exit chaos. We coordinate with you by text on a pickup location after the show, which may be a nearby cross-street rather than the official rideshare zone. Drivers don't compete with rideshare surges — your pickup is already booked.
Yes. Pre-show dinner stops are common with concert and theater bookings. Drop at a downtown restaurant, driver waits during dinner, then continues to the venue. For Climate Pledge or Paramount evenings, this typically extends a 4-hour booking to 5 hours total. Restaurants near most venues have valet or short-term parking your driver can use during dinner.
Book concert and event transportation 2-4 weeks ahead for most bookings. For major touring concerts (Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Pearl Jam, etc.) at Climate Pledge or Lumen Field, book 6-8 weeks out — Sprinters and coaches book first. The Gorge full-day bookings should be made 4-6 weeks ahead. Same-day bookings are sometimes available for smaller venues (Paramount, Showbox) but not guaranteed.
No. Seattle Shuttle operates a strict dry-transport policy across all bookings. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Open containers of alcohol in motor vehicles are prohibited under Washington State law (RCW 46.61.519). Sealed cans and bottles you're bringing to a venue (where allowed by venue policy) are fine in the vehicle. Some venues like Climate Pledge have specific alcohol-on-premises policies; verify with your ticket information.
Most concert and theater bookings confirmed within an hour. Major-tour Saturday Sprinters and Gorge full-day bookings should be made 4-8 weeks ahead. Call event dispatch directly for custom multi-vehicle quotes.
