Because pricing is per vehicle rather than per seat, the cost per person falls as your party grows — a $95 vehicle carrying four passengers works out to roughly $24 each. Tolls and taxes are included and gratuity is optional.

It depends on how long you are gone. SEA General Parking runs about $32 a day with a weekly cap near $149, and Reserved Parking on Floor 4 about $39 a day or $273 a week. A round-trip shuttle from downtown Seattle is about $170.

For trips under five days, parking your own car in General Parking is usually cheaper. From about day five the shuttle beats Reserved Parking, and from roughly day eight it beats General Parking too. Parking figures also exclude fuel, tolls, and vehicle wear, and they assume someone is willing to make the 4 AM drive. Confirm current rates with the Port of Seattle before you travel.

Twenty-four to 48 hours is usually enough, and same-day bookings are accepted when vehicles are available. Book further ahead during peak windows: 10 to 14 days during Alaska cruise season from May through September, 2 to 3 weeks for groups of eight or more, 2 to 4 weeks for Thanksgiving week and the December 18 to January 2 window, and 14 days minimum for shuttle buses and coaches.

Curbside at your baggage claim door. As you land, your driver texts the specific door number along with the vehicle description. Collect your bags, walk out that door, and the vehicle is waiting. This is included at no extra charge, with 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.

Meet-and-greet inside the terminal is a $50 add-on. Note that our chauffeured car service uses a different pickup point at the Ground Transportation Plaza on Floor 3 of the parking garage, because the Port of Seattle classifies pre-arranged black car service separately from door-to-door shuttle service.

Add one hour for international departures and 15 to 30 minutes during weekday peak traffic. For flights before 7 AM roads are clear and the shorter end of each range usually applies.
