Your Private Airport Transfer

A private transfer is a non-shared ride reserved for you and your party alone. There are no other passengers, no additional pickups, and no waiting for a vehicle to fill before it departs. You are taken directly from your pickup address to the terminal, or from the terminal to your exact destination. A shared shuttle sells seats individually and collects several parties along a rotating route, which lowers the per-person price but adds stops and makes arrival time less predictable.

Private transfers start from $85 for a Standard Sedan class vehicle and are calculated by mileage, so your exact price is confirmed before you book. SeaTac to downtown Seattle starts from $85, to Bellevue and the Eastside from $95, to Tacoma from $95, and to Everett or Olympia from $150. Paine Field and Boeing Field transfers start from $85. Tolls and taxes are included in the quoted rate. Gratuity is optional. Meet-and-greet service is a $50 add-on and child car seats are a paid add-on, both priced upfront at booking.

Booking ahead is recommended, particularly during peak travel periods, though same-day reservations are accommodated when vehicles are available. Twenty-four to 48 hours is usually sufficient for standard transfers. Book 10 to 14 days ahead during Alaska cruise season from May through September, and 2 to 4 weeks ahead for Thanksgiving week and the December 18 to January 2 holiday window.

Your driver adjusts automatically. We track all flights in real time, so the pickup shifts to match your actual arrival without any call or rebooking from you. Every airport pickup includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing. If your flight is rerouted to a different time or terminal, notifying dispatch is enough to move the reservation.

For standard pickups, your driver texts you the baggage claim door number and meets you curbside at that door once you have collected your bags. This is included at no extra charge. Meet-and-greet service is a $50 add-on selected at booking. Your driver waits inside the terminal at baggage claim holding a name sign and assists with luggage to the vehicle. It is the better option for first-time visitors, international arrivals, elderly passengers, and travelers with young children.

Yes. Infant seats, convertible seats, and booster seats meeting Washington State safety requirements are available across every vehicle class. Specify the seat type and the child's age when booking. Child car seats are a paid add-on with the fee shown upfront in your quote.

Yes. Dispatch operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. A 3:45 AM pickup for a 6 AM departure is quoted at the same mileage-based rate as a midday trip, with no overnight, weekend, or holiday surcharge applied.

Whenever scheduling permits, round trips are assigned the same driver in both directions. This is one of the practical advantages of a pre-booked private transfer over a rideshare app, where each leg is dispatched to a different driver with no continuity.
